Roster Deadline
Teams are permitted to add, remove, or substitute skaters from their competition roster until Dec. 1. After Dec. 1 only substitutions may be made to the competition roster via request. Substitution requests are subject to approval of the competitions committee. Any skater being added to a competition roster after the entry deadline of Oct. 1 must have met all test requirements for the teams level by the Oct. 1 qualifying season deadline.
Mandatory Team Form
The Mandatory Team Form will be used to collect information about practice ice preferences, team photo upload for the event program, and purchase program ads/good luck messages. See subsequent sections of this webpage for more information.
Event Program
The full event program this year will be digital and avaialble to all participants free of charge. A QR code will be provided to all participants. A small number of informational program booklets will be avaialble for purchase on-site.
If your team would like their team photo to appear in the program or you would like to purchase an ad or good luck message, see pricing below and submit your order via the Mandatory Team Form (see the practice ice section of this page for the link).

Team Hotel Information
All teams are required to book housing through SiteSearch via the process outlined in the housing policy. Any team that is found to have booked rooms outside of the event room block will be assessed a penalty of $600/team to be paid upon checking-in to the competition. All members of team leadership must familiarize themselves with the Housing Policy for this event prior to booking.
